End of Year Awards and Banquet 2023-24
The Woodland High School Bass Fishing Team End of Year Banquet took place on
Tuesday, April 23rd at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria at The Woodlands High School 9th grade campus.
All anglers, their family and friends were invited to attend. Several of our sponsors attended also.
At the banquet we celebrated another successful year of high school fishing! Many awards were given out for both the Inshore and Offshore teams. Seniors were recognized and new captains for 2024-25 were announced.

TWHS Offshore Team Highlights:
This year our offshore team combined with College Park to fish under the new team of Woodlands Elite Bass Club. Combined the 2 schools had 16 teams and we did manage a few noteworthy accomplishments
The Offshore team fished in 5 regular season tournaments. Contending with challenging weather conditions at all the tournaments. Wind, Cold, and Rain
TWHS Offshore Team place 2nd for “team of the year” in the Bayou Division out of 24 teams
We had 13 top 20 finishes
4 top 10 finishes
Ty & Aidan Placed 3rd at Toledo Bend
Aidan Casey Won Big Bass at Lake Conroe with a 7.57 lbs. bass (2nd year in a row he has caught a big bass at one of the tournaments)
Ty & Aidan Placed 3rd at Somerville
9 of 16 Teams qualified to advance to the regional tournament at Lake Limestone
2 of 9 Teams qualified to advance to the State tournament in May at Lake Palestine
Total fish weighed in during Offshore Season: 82
Total pounds weigh in during offshore season: 202.30 lbs.
